NIN rocked it so hard…

…we had an earthquake. Around 9pm was exactly when the band took the stage. Coincidence? I think not. 😉 It was smallish and we were rocking in the arena so didn’t feel a thing.

I snapped a few not so awesome pictures with my iPhone but you can get the general gist of the show, and how awesome our seats were. Check the flickr link above for all of em, but here’s a sample.

NIN

The internet tells me that the set list was as follows:

999,999
1,000,000
Letting You
Discipline
March of the Pigs
Head Down
The Frail
Closer
Gave Up
Corona Radiata
The Warning
Vessel
5 Ghosts I
17 Ghosts II
19 Ghosts III
Ghosts Piggy
The Greater Good
Pinion
Wish
Terrible Lie
Survivalism
The Big Come Down
31 Ghosts IV
Only
The Hand That Feeds
Head Like A Hole

-Encore-
Echoplex
God Given
Hurt
In This Twilight

I will say, the instrumental stuff from Ghosts was kind of nice – Trent played marimba and they even had an upright double string bass and bells up there. I think that it confused some of the people in the audience though.

Traffic on the way up to Oakland sucked so badly that we missed the entire opening band. I was kind of bummed by that. Otherwise, we had a great time, and weren’t feeling like the oldest people there this time, which was nice.
